Job Description
The role of Facilities Maintenance Manager involves ensuring the optimal upkeep and operation of all buildings, services, and equipment under one's control. This entails developing planned maintenance routines for relevant equipment based on manufacturer instructions, usage rates, and importance.
Maintenance requirements are incorporated into supply contracts for new equipment where appropriate. Regular inspections and maintenance schedules are developed for all facilities. Plans and contract arrangements are implemented to achieve approved capital/maintenance programs.
