About the Role:
This is a brilliant opportunity to join The Smooth Company during a high-growth phase and shape how the brand shows up across packaging, digital, retail and global activations. Our In-House Designer will produce best-in-class creative across brand channels as well as CAD work for 3D POS and retail displays, ensuring a premium, consistent and scalable visual language.
This role reports into Brand and collaborates closely with Marketing, Retail, Creative and Product Development.
What You'll Work On:
* Packaging
* Retail displays
* Website / ads / email assets
* Moodboards & shoot direction
* Design premium assets for digital: web, paid ads, CRM, email, and campaigns
* Create packaging, labels, claims callouts & artwork for NPD launches
* Produce CAD visuals for retail POS, activation spaces and display systems
* Localise creative for global retail partners with cultural and visual nuance
* Build brand toolkits and maintain visual consistency across all markets
* Develop pitch decks, training materials & B2B collateral for retail partners
* Support shoot planning through moodboards, references & asset direction
* Manage artwork from concept to production across print + digital touchpoints
* Maintain excellence and attention to detail from simple artworking to complex builds
What You Bring:
* 3-5 years in house or agency design experience (beauty, lifestyle or CPG ideal)
* Strong Portfolio demonstrating elevated brand execution across multiple channels
* Proficiency in adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign essential)
* CAD experience for 3D retail / POS
* Experience preparing files for print, packaging & Production
* Motion editing and Figma a strong advantage
* Experience collaborating cross-functionally and operating at pace
