You will work on a project for a global social networking company that develops applications enabling people to connect, share ideas, photos, videos, and engage online across multiple devices.
What will you do?
* Assist the client's community and resolve inquiries empathetically and accurately
* Stay knowledgeable about client products and community standards
* Review reported content within set turnaround times and quality metrics
* Enforce Terms of Use by monitoring reports of abuse
* Make balanced decisions and advocate for a positive user experience
* Investigate and resolve issues such as account support requests and abusive content reports
* Analyze data to identify ways to improve the overall user experience
* Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose solutions
* Use market-specific insights to develop scalable community support solutions
* Recognize trends and escalate issues outside policy to the global team
Candidate profile
* Native or near-native proficiency in Danish (C2/C1)
* Fluent in English (minimum B2/C1)
* Strong cultural understanding of the Danish market
* Office experience preferred but not mandatory
* Reliable, consistent, and hard-working
* Passionate about ensuring a positive and safe user experience
* Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to learn new information quickly
