Role

Human Resource Assistant Manager/Manager, responsible for the roll out of the Firm’s Recruitment Strategy and the end-to-end HR administration of the recruitment life cycle. Responsibilities include:

* Supporting in developing job descriptions and advertising vacancies across channels (Firm’s website, Irish Jobs, LinkedIn, professional bodies, colleges, social media, etc.)
* Generating offer correspondence, collecting relevant documentation, drafting and issuing contracts of employment, conducting reference checks and other recruitment correspondence
* Planning and executing intern and graduate career fairs nationwide
* Liaising with career development services in colleges and professional bodies
* Supporting onboarding (liaising with Facilities to set up new joiners on systems and communicate Firm’s policies and procedures)
* Organising the performance appraisal process and ensuring documentation is received and recorded
* Liaising with professional bodies regarding trainee enrolment, training contracts and exam registration
* Serving as a point of contact for staff and management on day-to-day HR queries
* Assisting in developing and improving HR policies, procedures and strategic activities
* Supporting HR projects and initiatives to implement the HR Strategy
* Implementing, monitoring and reviewing the HR QMS and maintaining/improving HR policies and procedures


Learning & Development

* Managing the Firm's overall training plan and coordinating resources
* Co-ordinating internal and offsite training sessions (e.g., EisnerAmper Academy)
* Overseeing ISO 9001:2015 policies and procedures
* Continuously improving learning methods, processes and tools for quality, efficiency and effectiveness


Who are we looking for?

* 3+ years post-qualification HR experience, ideally in a professional services environment
* Relevant third-level degree or diploma in HR
* CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable
* Excellent communication and relationship skills
* Attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset
* Strong delegation skills and a proven record in leading a team
* Creative and entrepreneurial approach with a can-do attitude
* Highly proactive, autonomous work style with sound decision-making
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment
* Initiative and ability to work with limited supervision
* Dynamism and adaptability in a fast-paced team
* Flexibility to adapt to changing demands
* Motivated, hardworking attitude with demonstrated achievements
