* Achieve test strategy excellence with extensive experience in MS D365 F&O ERP (including Power Platform)
* Lead 3+ years of driving test strategy success for multiple projects
* Pursue 5+ years of expertise in ERP Finance & Operations projects (e.g., Supply Chain, Financials, Sales & Purchase Orders, Inventory Management, Distribution, Reporting)
* Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships & proficient defect management skills
* Maintain ability to effectively handle RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) efficiently
* Frequent travel required to Europe
