Summary of role:
Due to continued growth and internal progression at Nourish, we are seeking a confident and organised Team Leader to take ownership of our Nourish Essentials concession in the Ilac Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to step into leadership, running a compact, high-quality store with a strong focus on food, chilled products, and a small range of supplements and bodycare.
This is a full-time position covering 40 hours a week, primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend and late shift coverage encouraged to help support a unified team, observe trading patterns, and coach across different trading rhythms. As the most senior Nourish team member onsite, you’ll take full responsibility for store operations, team performance, merchandising, stock, tastings, and the customer experience.
The role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, leads by example, and wants to develop their career in a values-driven business. You’ll also have access to our Wicklow Street office for admin, rostering, and ordering support as needed.
You’ll have the chance to grow into future management roles, with opportunities to train alongside our busier store teams and occasionally support other managers as part of your development journey.
This role is located within a concession of a fast-paced supermarket environment. Candidates must be comfortable building relationships with customers, fellow Nourish teammates, and Dunnes staff members.

Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
* Taking full ownership of the day-to-day running of the store, guiding the team and leading by example.
* Scheduling and managing the team using Bizimply, including task allocation and break structure.
* Fostering a positive team culture built on respect, accountability, and strong communication.
* Managing chilled, food, and supplement stock levels; placing orders and processing deliveries.
* Overseeing merchandising and presentation to ensure the store is clean, tidy, and well-stocked.
* Organising tastings and seasonal events to drive sales and customer interest.
* Following and upholding food safety and hygiene procedures, including HACCP and cleaning routines.
* Coaching and mentoring team members, delivering regular PDRs and supporting development.
* Liaising with the host store’s management team to maintain a smooth working relationship.
* Communicating effectively using tools like OneNote for task lists and store planning.
* Carrying out ad hoc duties as required to support the success of the store and the wider business.
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
* Has at least 1 year of retail experience, ideally with some team leadership responsibilities.
* Has strong organisational and communication skills.
* Enjoys working independently and leading a small team.
* Understands the importance of structure, cleanliness, and stock accuracy.
* Has experience with chilled food or food safety practices (an advantage).
* Is comfortable using systems like Bizimply, Microsoft Office, and OneNote.
* Has a genuine interest in natural food, wellness, and healthy living.
* Is excited about growing their leadership skills within Nourish.
* Is open to training alongside our busier store teams and supporting other locations as needed to build experience and leadership capability.
* Is open to occasionally working weekends and late shifts to support team development, observe trading patterns, and help foster a strong sense of unity across all shift types.
