Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic leader to lead our Collaborations Accounting team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the end-to-end collaborations accounting, reporting, and forecasting process.
* Review new collaboration/alliance agreements and manage relevant financial activities.
* Produce management reporting and business insights for senior leadership and various stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have experience developing and managing teams, strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field and extensive years of relevant experience.
* Experience with systems such as Alliant, Oracle/SAP, Hyperion is preferred.
* CA or MBA with hands-on operational experience in collaboration and alliance arrangements is preferred.
