The Role
The team advise both public and private clients on all aspects of intellectual property, privacy, data protection, cyber security and the procurement of IT systems.
The Person
1. Qualified Solicitor with NQ-6 years PQE in technology law
2. Experience in GDPR, intellectual property law and data protection law
3. Experience in drafting commercial contracts including IT contracts
4. Excellent communication skills
