About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Technician to join our finance team.
This is a fully onsite role, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy dealership environment and wants a stable, varied accounting position.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate financial records, including posting daily transactions and managing ledgers Complete bank and credit card reconciliations Process accounts payable and receivable, including purchase and sales invoices Reconcile creditor and debtor accounts and assist with credit control Support the administration team, including occasional reception cover Assist with additional finance or office duties as required Candidate Requirements Accounting Technician qualification with 2+ years' experience, or equivalent practical experience Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and a logical approach to work Confident IT skills, particularly with spreadsheets (Excel or similar) Ability to manage your own workload and work independently Experience using Autoline/Kerridge is an advantage, but full training will be provided Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a supportive team Benefits Onsite parking Company pension Ongoing training and development Supportive team environment within a leading BMW MINI dealership Modern facilities and a stable, long-term role So join the J Donohoe BMW team today by applying online.
