Estimator - Data CentresRoleThis is a full-time hybrid role for an Estimator, based in the Kildare region, with the flexibility of partial work-from-home arrangements. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for construction and engineering projects, analysing project requirements, collaborating with various stakeholders, and managing competitive tenders. Additional responsibilities include evaluating bid proposals, preparing detailed reports, and maintaining project cost databases to ensure efficient project delivery.QualificationsExperience in cost estimation, cost analysis, and bid preparationProficiency in relevant industry-standard estimation software and strong analytical skillsUnderstanding of construction methods, materials, and processesStrong collaboration skills to work with clients, project managers, and engineersAttention to detail and excellent problem-solving skillsStrong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlinesSolid communication skills, both verbal and writtenBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related fieldExperience in the construction, life sciences, or infrastructure sectors is a plus
