The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of leadership experience in retail, preferably with luxury lifestyle brands. You will be responsible for mentoring retail leaders, developing Brand Ambassadors, and driving performance through analytics.

• Achieve or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Sales Density and Comparative Revenue Growth

• Analyze KPIs and create action plans to drive performance

• Lead a culture of clienteling and develop lasting client relationships

• Represent the brand in the market and develop a client base through community involvement and partnerships

• Ensure exceptional visual merchandising and resolve guest issues through a customer-centric lens
