Senior Quantity Surveyor
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of the surveying department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects from tender stage to final account.
* Evaluate all costings associated with the project, including materials costs, supplier costs, sub-contractor costs and equipment costs.
* Negotiate cost terms and conditions with clients and suppliers.
* Prepare contract documents, bill of materials and budgets to ensure accurate costing.
