eirevo talent are seeking applications for a Desktop Support Engineer, this is a long-term day rate contract in Dublin.
Own vehicle required for travel to other client sites, fully expensed.
Requirements:
1. 7+ Years experience in a similar role.
2. Experience using SCCM to support end users and resolve issues remotely
3. Experience in supporting and maintaining remote access by end users, running and creating remote access reports based on customer needs. Safe-net currently deployed in the environment.
4. General experience working with a ticketing system
5. Experience in drafting and maintaining technical Books of Knowledge (BOKS) to ensure a uniformity of approach by colleagues when supporting problem resolution.
6. Experience in Installing PC's / Laptops – configuring IP details, applying correct image, Windows 10 devices and configuring as part of domain etc.
7. Experience with Active Directory
8. Experience repairing PC's, laptops and smartphones.
9. Experience in setting up smart devices (iOS & Android)
10. Experience in supporting VOIP, deployment and user changes, Configuring jabber access via smartphones and laptops, configure extension mobility, which is delivered via Cisco Call Manager.
11. Experience in supporting Video Conferencing, Cisco deployed in the environment.
