The Role
You'll be a senior figure in a team of highly experienced consultants, working alongside clients as a trusted advisor on:
1. Technology & Digital Strategy – defining visions and roadmaps that enable long-term business growth.
2. Large-Scale Transformation – leading multi-million-euro programmes from strategy through to execution.
3. IT Operating Models & Governance – designing structures that enable efficiency, agility, and control.
4. Incident Recovery & Resilience – guiding organisations through crisis response, including cybersecurity events.
5. Cloud & Modernisation Journeys – shaping migrations and modernisation of enterprise platforms and infrastructure.
6. Emerging Technology Integration – advising on AI, automation, analytics, and other transformative tools.
What You Bring
7. A proven track record in technology consulting or transformation projects within industry
8. The ability to operate as a board-level advisor while staying close enough to delivery to ensure quality outcomes.
9. Commercial acumen and the skill to identify and shape opportunities for clients and for the business.
10. Credibility with C-suite stakeholders, built on delivering measurable results.
11. Breadth across technology domains, with depth in one or more of strategy, architecture, programme delivery, governance, or cost optimisation.
12. A collaborative leadership style that inspires both clients and teams.
