As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will assist the Duty Manager with daily tasks, provide outstanding customer service, maintain immaculate cleanliness standards, and ensure all equipment is functioning optimally.
Responsibilities include:
* Ensuring prompt openings and closures of restaurants
* Inducting new staff members
* FOLLOWING TILL PROCEDURES AS OUTLINED IN THE COMPANY'S OPERATIONAL MANUAL
* Managing stock rotation and inventory control
* Attending regular meetings and staying up-to-date on company policies and procedures
* Maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
To succeed in this role, you will need previous supervisory experience in hospitality or events, possess strong organisational and leadership skills, have excellent communication abilities, and be flexible to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
