Maintain, update, and audit digital and paper records with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
Act as the primary point of contact for telephone and email enquiries, providing clear and helpful information.
Collate and submit essential data and reports within strict internal and external timeframes.
Support the wider team with scheduling, document preparation, mail handling, and office logistics.
Experience required Prior experience in a dedicated administrative role is essential.
Background in healthcare is a significant advantage, though not strictly required.
The ability to pivot between tasks quickly without losing attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a quick learner of bespoke database systems.
