Project Manager Role
We are seeking a seasoned project manager to lead our cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality projects.
Key responsibilities include:
* Develop and execute project plans to meet objectives, ensuring alignment with company processes.
* Assign and manage resources to achieve project goals.
* IDentify and engage stakeholders through effective communication.
* Monitor project progress, providing timely updates and tracking key metrics.
* Manage project finances, cost, and profit targets to optimize return on investment.
* Cultivate team members' skills in project management best practices.
* Promote collaboration, quality, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
* Conduct post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering or program management.
* Extensive experience in project management, preferably in a regulated GMP environment.
* In-depth knowledge of injection moulding and mould tooling.
* Demonstrable expertise in project planning, process improvement, budget management, and leadership.
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
* Familiarity with QMS principles and tools like MS Project.
