HR Business Partner (18-month maternity cover)
Location: Letterkenny Hybrid – 2 onsite per week

What you will do
Reporting to the Senior Director, People Business Leader, you will support managers and employees while driving HR initiatives. You will work independently, take initiative, manage competing priorities, and provide oversight and support to two People Specialists.
What you can expect
Act as a trusted partner to managers, providing clear guidance on employee matters including performance, probation and team effectiveness.
Provide responsive, high‑quality support to employees, ensuring queries are managed consistently and professionally.
Take ownership of employee relations cases end‑to‑end, ensuring timely, fair and compliant outcomes.
Support compensation and benefits processes, ensuring consistency and alignment.
Lead and deliver HR initiatives across engagement, wellbeing and culture.
What you will bring
Experience in an HRBP or HR Generalist role.
Proven experience supporting managers across the employee lifecycle, including probation and performance.
Strong employee relations experience with confidence managing a range of cases independently.
Strong working knowledge of Irish employment law.
A proactive, solutions‑focused approach with the ability to work at pace and take ownership.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build credibility with stakeholders.
