As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-energy team to deliver an uncommonly good experience for every guest. You will lead by example, demonstrating exceptional guest service skills and communicating efficiently with the team and guests.
Key Performance Indicators:
* Consistently meet or exceed guest satisfaction targets
* Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity
* Ensure all team members have the necessary training and support to perform their jobs effectively
* Maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory, labor, and sales data
Requirements:
* Previous management or leadership experience preferred
* Customer service experience preferred
* Able to meet the physical requirements of the role, including standing for long periods, bending, twisting, reaching, lifting up to 55 pounds, and performing routine restaurant tasks
* Ability to obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations
