We're now hiring a
Bilingual Customer Success Specialist (English/French)
to help our clients get obsessed with Barespace.
The Role
You'll be the trusted partner for new and existing salon clients, supporting, educating, and empowering them to get the absolute most from Barespace. You'll be their guide post onboarding, answer queries, deepen adoption, and protect retention across our English and French speaking markets.
This role is for someone who
loves relationships, solves problems fast, and thrives in a high energy startup.
What You'll Do:
* Support & Success:
Be the go to contact for English & French speaking salon clients.
* Build Relationships:
Become the trusted advisor for salon owners and managers.
* Training:
Host training sessions (virtual and in person) that turn new users into confident pros.
* Retention & Growth:
Monitor client health, spot risks early, and drive product adoption.
* Voice of the Customer:
Gather insights, share feedback, and collaborate with product & sales.
* Cross Team Collaboration:
Work tightly with sales, support, and product to create a seamless experience.
What You'll Need
* Experience in
customer success, account management, or client support.
* Fluent English & French
(written & spoken) absolutely essential.
* Crystal-clear communicator who builds rapport quickly.
* Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure.
* Comfortable with software and explaining technical concepts simply.
* A genuine love for helping businesses grow.
Bonus Skills
* Experience in
SaaS, beauty, or salon environments
* Onboarding or training experience
* Knowledge of CRM or CS platforms (HubSpot, Intercom, etc.)
