Project Manager
As a senior project professional, you will play a vital role in delivering strategic projects and programmes that drive organisational success.
You will be responsible for managing and coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives, ensuring timely delivery and effective risk management.
A key aspect of this role will be to lead the development and implementation of project plans, including defining scope, objectives, and resource allocation.
Collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners will be essential to ensure milestones and deliverables are met, and value is maximised through successful project execution.
This position requires strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights to inform project decisions.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills are also critical, with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and build strong relationships across the organisation.

Key responsibilities will include:
* Managing end-to-end project delivery, including project planning, risk management, and issue resolution;
* Leading cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and deliverables;
* Developing and implementing project plans, including scope definition, objective setting, and resource allocation;
* Coordinating reporting and communication with stakeholders, including project progress updates and final project reports;
* Facilitating effective collaboration and alignment across teams and departments to achieve project goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in project management, preferably in a complex or multi-team environment;
* Recognised project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP);
* Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope and budget;
* Familiarity with project management methods and tools (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile, MS Project);
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed project decisions;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and build strong relationships across the organisation.
