As we embark on a major expansion into Europe, we are seeking a fearless, commercially savvy leader to join our Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
The Role Reporting directly to the COO, you will own the commercial lifecycle of our most complex roofing and cladding projects.
This isn't a "process-heavy" role; we value proactive leaders who act with purpose, communicate with clarity, and aren't afraid to "act now and ask for forgiveness later" in pursuit of excellence.
Key Responsibilities: Commercial Strategy: Lead the commercial function from pre-construction to final account, ensuring maximum margin and absolute financial accuracy.
Negotiation: Push back assertively on commercial terms with main contractors to protect the company's interests.
Risk Management: Lead risk reviews and contingency planning to drive financial certainty.
Relationship Management: Build trusted partnerships with clients and subcontractors through clear, honest communication.
What You Bring: Deep industry knowledge in roofing or general construction.
A proven track record in contract negotiation (RIAI, Public Works, etc.).
The confidence to operate in a high-performance, non-bureaucratic culture.
