Position: Sales Development Representative
Location: Dublin, Republic of Ireland (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: Base salary plus bonus
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate interest in company solutions through outbound outreach and warm leads from marketing campaigns
* Become proficient in product knowledge to confidently handle objections, conduct demos, and guide potential clients through the sales process
* Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities within the German market
* Manage a personal sales pipeline, monitor activities, and keep CRM records up to date
* Work closely with sales teams across departments to align objectives and improve workflows
* Consistently meet or exceed daily sales KPIs and quota targets in a fast-moving environment
* Engage prospects using various channels, including phone, email, and online chat
* Communicate technical and business benefits clearly and persuasively
* Manage multiple simultaneous interactions professionally
* Assist with additional sales tasks as required
Requirements:
* Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written
* At least 2 years of sales experience, ideally in B2B or telesales roles
* Demonstrated track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets
* Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or equivalent CRM and prospecting tools
* Strong understanding of business practices, organizational structures, and decision-making processes
* Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal
* High level of adaptability, motivation, and willingness to grow within a sales role
* Ability to multitask across different platforms while maintaining CRM accuracy
* Keen interest in technology and innovation
* Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of relevant work experience preferred
* Proficient with Google Workspace (G Suite) and common business software
