YOU'LL GET A CHANCE TO:
* Troubleshoot and optimise systems and processes with cross-functional teams.
* Lead process improvement initiatives and drive equipment OEE >85%.
* Validate new products and processes (VP, IQ, OQ, PQ).
* Engage in Additive Manufacturing and CNC operations.
* Monitor Factory 4.0/IoT trends and implement data-driven actions.
* Support capital equipment acquisition from specification to validation.
* Develop training programmes for manufacturing teams.
* Collaborate with Materials Science, Design, and Quality Assurance to deliver top-quality products.
* Apply statistical tools to drive continuous improvement
