This role is designed for experienced Conference/Project Managers seeking a challenging opportunity to oversee large, international events while mentoring junior colleagues.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering full event life cycles on time, meeting client expectations and establishing strong relationships with suppliers and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering high-profile events globally, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding client expectations
* Building and maintaining strategic partnerships with suppliers and vendors
* Fostering strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery
* Leading cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives
* Developing and implementing innovative solutions to improve event experiences and outcomes
* Ensuring sound financial management of all events, including budget planning and cost control
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in corporate meetings and events
* Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
* Natural team player with strong leadership skills and a proactive approach
* Client- and result-focused with a strong attention to detail
* Fluency in English, both spoken and written
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and proficient in computer systems
