Responsibilities:

* Oversee daily piping construction activities including fabrication, installation, hydrotesting, and flushing.

* Interpret piping isometric drawings, P&IDs, and material specifications.

* Ensure work is performed according to design, specifications, and project standards.

* Monitor and verify contractor and subcontractor work quality and progress.

* Coordinate with QA/QC, HSE, Planning, and Engineering departments.

* Manage and track manpower, tools, and materials on site.

* Conduct and participate in daily toolbox talks and safety meetings.

* Prepare and submit daily progress reports, inspection requests, and site instructions.

Required Qualifications:

A third-level qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline is essential. The candidate should possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in piping construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of piping systems, welding techniques, and construction standards is also necessary.
