Job Title: Assistant Director of Services - Will be considered for future roles within the Talbot Group
Location: Cork
Disability Service: Disability Residential Service for Adults and Children
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

Job Objectives:
* Ensure compliance with HIQA Regulations/Standards and implement actions from inspections.
* Promote quality through audits and Quality Improvement Plans.
* Support referrals, admissions, and transition processes.
Ensure services are delivered respectfully, promoting residents' independence while maintaining privacy, dignity, and respect.
Under the Director of Services, the post holder will oversee:
* Governance
* Leadership and Accountability
* Information Management
* Managerial Tasks
* Practice
* Risk Management/Health and Safety
* Training and Development
Professional Knowledge & Experience:
* Knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Health Act 2007 and associated regulations.
* Understanding of safeguarding policies, quality assurance, and social service delivery models.
* Minimum of 2 years management experience in disability services or related human services, at PIC level or above.
* BA Level 7 Degree in Social Care, Nursing, or Social Care Management, with relevant health or social care qualifications.
* Experience managing multiple designated centers.
* Full driving license and own transport.
