Contracts Manager
We are Mulligan Fencing, a successful and well‑established specialist contractor in the manufacture and installation of security fencing, railings, gates, and noise barriers since 1997.
Due to continuous growth and a strong order book, we are now recruiting for a Contracts Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual within a dynamic and market leading company.
Role and Responsibilities
Project Management of ongoing and one‑off fencing contracts.
Liaising with clients including program meetings and reports.
Management of resources, materials and suppliers to ensure programs are met.
Management of fence erectors and sub‑contractors.
Ensuring that all safety procedures are followed.
