Depository Operations Specialist
Job Overview:
The successful candidate will work in a team environment to perform operational duties related to depository and trustee activities.

2. Investment and Compliance Monitoring:
* Perform regular reviews of investment restrictions and leverage;
* Monitor and review monthly investment manager confirmations - including Value at Risk (Va R);
* Update and maintain the regulatory breaches register;
* Ensure timely responses to client and internal queries;
3. Data Management and MI Reporting:
* Support the production of management information (MI) and key risk reporting;
* Complete and monitor fund risk assessment reporting;
4. Client, Board and Regulatory Reporting:
* Assist in the collation of data for quarterly board reporting and monthly client reporting;
* Contribute and deliver monthly client reporting within specified deadlines;
* Support internal risk reporting;
* Assist in the completion and submission of Central Bank reporting;
* Issue standard letters to regulators;
* Assist with the production of audit confirmation letters/schedules of holdings.
5. Additional Responsibilities:
* Participate in the development of procedures within the department;
* Escalate issues promptly to the management team;
* Support the operational requirements of depositary operations.
Requirements:
* Background in funds;
* Ability to work within a multi-team structure;
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills;
* Ability to work independently;
* Working knowledge of funds, including exposure to complex assets and fund structures;
* Understanding of laws and regulations applicable to depository/trustee and local requirements, particularly those related to Irish funds;
* Good working knowledge of MS Office applications;
* Working knowledge of fund accounting/transfer agency systems is an advantage.
