Lead a Team in the Intellectual Disability Sector

They will be able to motivate staff teams, work collaboratively with other departments, and implement organisational policies and procedures effectively.
A Bachelor of Arts in Applied Social Studies/Social Care/Nursing or equivalent qualification is essential for this role. Additionally, registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland is required for candidates applying for CNM1 positions.
Experience in the delivery of Person-Centred systems services and supports is crucial for success in this position. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in working with people who have intellectual disabilities and possess a strong understanding of their needs and requirements.
