Learning & Development Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated Learning & Development Manager to join our team in County Cavan.
The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying and addressing training needs, with a strong emphasis on compliance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver tailored training materials and learning plans for each role and operational area.
* Ensure all training activities meet food safety, quality, and health & safety compliance standards.
* Strengthen in-house training capability through coaching, train-the-trainer programmes, and sharing of best practices.
* Maintain accurate, up-to-date training records to satisfy audit, regulatory, and internal requirements.
* Provide training expertise for key projects, including process improvement, onboarding, and site-wide initiatives.
* Work with managers to assess current and future learning needs, aligning training with operational priorities.
* Promote a culture of continuous learning, safety, and personal growth across the site.
Requirements:
* 3 - 5 years Learning & Development experience in food manufacturing or other regulated production.
* Strong grasp of food safety, quality, and operational compliance.
* Confident communicator at all levels.
* Skilled in creating engaging, results-driven training.
* Organised, collaborative, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
