Are you a people person who loves influencing shopper decisions and making an impact in-store? We're looking for a driven Field Sales Representative to manage a portfolio of top grocery retailers across North Leinster.
What You'll Do
* Grow sales and deliver standout in-store execution across Dunnes, SuperValu, Centra and more.
* Build strong store relationships and ensure products are always visible, stocked and driving sales.
* Create eye‑catching displays and activate promotions that influence shoppers.
* Plan your territory effectively, record activity and act on opportunities to boost performance.
* Use CRM data to support decisions and territory planning.
What You Bring
* Experience in grocery or FMCG sales (Dunnes, SuperValu, Centra, Spar etc. preferred).
* Confident communication and strong planning skills.
* Ability to analyse performance and work to KPIs.
* A good standard of education (Maths & English).
