Senior Project Manager Water Projects Dublin / Meath / Louth A leading civil and utilities contractor, in partnership with Uisce ireann, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the delivery of major water infrastructure projects across Dublin, Meath, and Louth. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable contractor and take a key leadership role in delivering essential water supply and wastewater network upgrades. Projects include Growth & Development, Metering, Rehabilitation, Connections & Developer Services, Reinstatement, and Leakage Management. Work involves pipeline construction, water main replacements, and wastewater infrastructure, contributing to national programmes that improve water quality, reduce leakage, and secure supply for growing communities. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage multiple water and civil infrastructure projects from initiation through completion. Oversee all construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, budgets, and timelines. Coordinate and manage project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure safe and efficient delivery. Develop project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and produce regular reports for senior management and clients. Liaise directly with Uisce ireann, consultants, utility providers, and local authorities to maintain strong relationships and ensure project objectives are met. Promote and enforce a strong Health, Safety, and Environmental culture across all sites. Requirements: Degree-qualified in Civil or Water Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline. Minimum 710 years experience managing civil or water infrastructure projects. Proven track record in pipeline, water mains, or wastewater network delivery at a senior/project management level. Strong knowledge of Health & Safety, QA/QC, and environmental compliance. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools. Full clean driving licence and flexibility to travel to project sites across Dublin, Meath, and Louth.
