A prestigious 4-star hotel located in the heart of Ireland's historic town of Trim is seeking an experienced and passionate Hotel Operations Leader to join their team.

As Hotel Operations Leader, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring service excellence across all departments, supporting the achievement of business objectives, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the General Manager in the overall running of the hotel, ensuring smooth daily operations.
* Lead and motivate departmental teams to achieve service and revenue targets.
* Maintain high standards across all departments including front office, food & beverage, housekeeping, and events.
* Drive customer satisfaction and actively manage guest feedback.
* Assist with forecasting, financial performance monitoring, and operational controls.
* Ensure full compliance with health and safety procedures.
* Foster a positive work culture, focused on training, development, and staff retention.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Hotel Operations Leader or Senior Hotel Manager within a 4-star or similar property.
* Proven track record in operational leadership, staff management, and guest service delivery.
* Strong understanding of financial performance metrics and operational controls.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
* Candidates must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland (ROI).
