Job Summary
This role requires a professional with excellent customer service skills and experience in relationship management to build strong relationships with key corporate customer accounts.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, project management, and Medical based Technology, with the ability to analyse and solve problems quickly.
Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships and communication with key corporate customer accounts.
* Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing expert information on products offered.
* Hold regular meetings with all customers, monitoring and highlighting any issues that they may be facing.
* Provide customers with analytics and additional reporting mechanisms for effective fleet management solutions.
* Maximise customer retention by offering excellent customer service excellence.
* Track, review and analyse all customer survey feedback to develop plans to increase ratings and address customer concerns.
* Keep up to date with legislative, industry and product developments to provide appropriate and accurate advice.
* Take ownership of customer issues arising, working collaboratively with colleagues across other functions for swift resolution.
Key Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in customer relationship management.
* A degree educated in Medical, Sport Science or Technology based subjects.
* Proficient presentation skills with the ability to impact at all levels including senior executives.
* Expert in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
