PROJECT COORDINATOR – MARKETING OPERATIONS

The Marketing Operations division within Global Strategic Marketing Solutions drives marketing excellence by managing the operational framework for global project alignment, digital marketing initiatives, lead automation, and brand/event management. The Digital Marketing Project Coordinator will facilitate project setup, support execution, and ensure successful completion of marketing activities aligned with business priorities, annual plans, and ad hoc initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary point of contact for project intake, facilitating communication between team members, stakeholders, and leaders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and dependencies, working alongside the Project Manager on strategic initiatives.
• Drive communication and project requests between IT and business requesters to deliver programs, enhancements, or material launches.
• Monitor, manage, and adjust project plans based on fluctuating program details.
• Collaborate with clients, authors, designers, content creators, and technical resources to manage end-to-end digital marketing projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Conduct quality checks on deliverables to ensure business requirements are met and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
• Utilize Workfront project management software to traffic projects through to successful completion.
• Support governance, management, and quality of assets, understanding MLR ad/promo approval processes and adhering to process/policies for go-live of digital marketing materials.
• Participate in digital marketing project meetings, providing timely updates, transcribing actions, and following up with teams to deliver against project timelines.
• Collaborate with project teams to measure speed and quality of delivered activities and identify areas for improvement.
• Negotiate resource and stakeholder needs to find optimal program timeline flexing between agile and waterfall project plans.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Project Management, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in project coordination or project management in a digital marketing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams) on a PC.
• Working knowledge of Workfront Project Management System.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple high-quality projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Understanding of digital marketing projects and platforms (e.g., email marketing, SEO, PPC, CMS & website management).
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure on 30+ projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Capacity to work with diverse global teams through various channels.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Working knowledge of AEM (Adobe Experience Manager), Creative Cloud, ActOn, Photoshop, digital advertising, and social media platforms, and Salesforce.
