Drive employee learning and development as a Team Lead in Insurance Operations. Play a pivotal role in shaping the future of employee training initiatives, aligning with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead daily team activities, ensuring effective planning, coordination, and delivery of high-quality training programs.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs across Insurance Operations, analyzing and implementing learning solutions that support operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
* Manage training materials and curricula, ensuring they remain up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with business goals.
* Logistics and scheduling of instructor-led training delivery, monitoring and evaluating program effectiveness to inform data-driven improvements.
* Training support through session delivery during periods of high demand or team absence.
Stakeholder Engagement:
* Partner with Operations Managers, Quality, Compliance, People, and Sustainability teams to align learning initiatives with business priorities.
* Act as key point of contact for learning-related queries and initiatives within Insurance Operations.
Team Leadership and Management:
* Coach and professionally develop team members.
* Conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, and support career development plans.
* Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance team culture.
Requirements:
* Experience in an L&D lead role, preferably within Insurance or Financial Services.
* Minimum of 1-2 years experience managing and leading a team.
* Familiarity with regulatory and compliance training.
* Education and equivalent proven professional experience may also be considered.
