Location: 2 Adelaide Street, Belfast, BT9 2 PB
Lead on complex housing-led regeneration projects from inception to completion, ensuring full alignment with the Authority's Housing Strategy, overarching corporate objectives, and relevant national and regional government policies.
The postholder will deliver outcomes that support socio-economic growth, sustainability, and community well-being in line with statutory frameworks and strategic priorities.
The current salary for this post is £53,460 - £63,580 per annum.
We also have an excellent pension scheme with an employer contribution of 19%.
