Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement systems and protocols to drive efficiency and quality across multiple sites.
* Manage daily financial operations, including income tracking, expense control, and financial reconciliation.
* Prepare and submit returns accurately and in a timely manner.
* Utilise IT systems effectively for clinical and administrative tasks, ensuring accurate data management and workflow efficiency.
* Collaborate with senior leadership and clinical teams to ensure effective service delivery and operational consistency.
* Take ownership of new clinic rollouts, overseeing all aspects from planning to implementation.
* Develop internal procedures to support new service lines and ensure operational consistency.
* Foster effective communication across staff levels and patients to maintain a well-coordinated practice environment.
* Operate independently, identifying operational challenges and delivering practical solutions.
Cross-Service Collaboration
* Collaborate with administrative teams to ensure integrated patient-centered service delivery.
* Support the coordination and operational delivery of services across sites.
* Align local protocols with organisational standards to ensure continuity of care and streamlined administration.
* Contribute to joint planning, reporting, and service development initiatives aimed at enhancing services and efficiency.
Requirements include minimum 2 years' experience using IT systems in healthcare, proven track record in healthcare settings, and demonstrated leadership abilities.
