Job Title: Commercial Finance Business Partner
About the Role:
The Commercial Finance Business Partner will play a pivotal role as a strategic partner to the Chief Revenue Officer, Commercial (Sales) Directors and wider Commercial function. The primary goal is to support the Commercial Leadership in delivering their growth strategy and financial performance.

Business Partnering:
2. - Collaborate with Sales Directors on all finance matters to execute the Lead to Order process.
- Develop and execute Strategic Initiatives aimed at driving revenue growth and market share.
- Provide perspective through a finance lens for senior management decision-making.
3.
Decision Making Support:
o Liaise closely with Commercial teams to assess potential investments, resource allocation, new projects, or market expansions that deliver maximum revenue and gross profit.
o Evaluate post-decision outcomes by assessing whether decisions are delivering expected financial results. Identify root causes when performance deviates from expectations.'
