Our team is seeking an experienced professional to fill a key role in our business.
We are passionate about recruitment and have been growing rapidly in recent years.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing their own portfolio of clients across Europe, particularly in the Spanish market.
Within a dynamic and enthusiastic team, you will be supported daily towards increasing autonomy, strategic development, and decision-making.
Your main missions will include:
* Business development
* Negotiating commercial conditions
* Customer relationship management
* Detecting new opportunities
* Responsibility for the full recruitment cycle
You will also source candidates on internal and external databases, conduct video interviews throughout Europe, and present selected candidates to clients.
To succeed in this role, you should have at least one year of experience in 360° functions (BD and recruitment), be passionate about the recruiting business, motivated by challenges, and have a strong commercial mindset.
Fluency in English or another language, as well as native-level Spanish, is required for this role.
