Job Role Summary
A key opportunity has emerged for an accomplished accountant to collaborate with a reputable firm in North Dublin.
This role is ideal for a proactive and strategic thinker who excels at building strong client relationships and managing diverse portfolios.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting both clients and internal teams through exceptional accounting and advisory services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and sustain long-term, productive client relationships.
2. Handle a range of complex accounting, corporation tax, and income tax assignments.
3. Assist in training and mentoring junior accountants as an experienced professional.
4. Identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
5. Prepare quarterly management accounts for some of the firm's largest clients.
Essential Qualifications:
* ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified, ideally operating at a senior level.
* 23 years post-qualification experience in a similar accounting role.
* Experience producing financial statements in accordance with current accounting standards.
* Good knowledge of FRS 102 and IFRS.
* Experience with Surf Accounts Production and Xero is advantageous.
* Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work under pressure while remaining flexible and adaptable.
