The Lead EHS Advisor will be responsible for promoting a positive health and safety culture on site with site management, contractors, and workers. Responsibilities: Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the company's EHS Management System on the project. Promote a positive health and safety culture on site with site management, contractors, and workers. Monitor EHS compliance on site and generate weekly inspections and reports. Develop, maintain, and foster collaborative relationships with the wider project team. Influence and coach the site team in implementing best-practice EHS standards. Requirements: Recognised EHS degree or diploma (NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred). 4+ years' experience in health and safety roles. Previous construction experience.
