Rhythm Careers is working with a design practice in Dublin that is looking for an Architectural Designer or Technologist to join the team.
The studio has a strong track record across a mix of sectors, including sport, leisure, community, commercial and education. Projects are often complex in nature and need someone who enjoys problem-solving and working closely with others to get the detail right.
The team works a 4.5-day week and has a down-to-earth, collaborative atmosphere. They also make time for regular activities outside the studio, from study trips and cycle rides to breakfasts and summer get-togethers.
In return, the practice offers a competitive salary, enhanced pension and parental leave, and support for further study and training. There are also opportunities to get involved in mentoring, apprenticeships and school outreach.
They are looking for someone with one to two years' experience as an Architectural Designer or Technologist, confident working in Revit, and with a good knowledge of current Irish Building Regulations. You should be able to develop and deliver technical design solutions, work well with consultants, contractors and colleagues, and be organised and reliable in meeting deadlines. Above all, they want someone who will bring a proactive and collaborative attitude to the role.
This is a chance to work on varied projects in a supportive Dublin studio, with a strong emphasis on both professional growth and a healthy work–life balance.
