The Role: Our client is seeking a Creative Brand Designer to bring visual storytelling and brand identity to life across digital, print, photography, and video. This is a dynamic, full-time, on-site role, based in Dublin City Centre, where you'll work on a variety of creative projects that shape brand presence both locally and internationally. The role requires a hands-on, versatile designer with a passion for brand strategy, design excellence, creative problem-solving, and producing high-quality content that inspires and engages. Key Responsibilities: Deliver end-to-end creative campaigns and graphic design projects across digital, print, and in-venue channels. Manage and maintain design systems, ensuring Canva and Adobe libraries are up to date, and enforce brand guidelines across sub-brands. Update and optimise websites and landing pages (Squarespace), ensuring UX and visuals remain on-brand. Capture and edit event photography, staff headshots, and workplace imagery, maintaining an organised visual archive. Storyboard, film, and edit video content including events and founder interviews (motion graphics experience is a bonus). Collaborate with the wider team to bring creative concepts to life across social media, events, and campaigns. Qualifications and Experience: Essential: A portfolio of work which clearly demonstrates a robust understanding of design and branding. Degree in Graphic Design or a related field. Proven professional design experience, ideally with exposure to in-house or agency content projects. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom). Experience designing assets for digital and social media channels. Familiarity with Squarespace (or other CMS platforms). Strong organisational skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and willingness to take initiative. Desirable: Experience with Premiere Pro and After Effects. Knowledge of motion graphics. Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, SEO, and digital best practices. Competence using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
