Senior HR Manager Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Manager to join our team on a maternity leave cover basis for 12 months. This fixed-term contract role will be pivotal in overseeing HR operations across multiple sites.
The successful candidate will provide leadership across all aspects of the HR function, ensuring legal compliance, employee engagement, and alignment with organisational goals.
* Key Responsibilities:
o Strategic HR Leadership: Lead the HR function, contributing to business planning and supporting the agency's growth and operational objectives.
o Sit on Senior Leadership Team and liaise with cross-business teams on HR initiatives.
* Employee Relations & Compliance:
o Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially.
o Ensure all HR practices comply with employment law and industry regulations.
* Performance Management:
o Support managers with performance reviews, goal setting, and development plans.
o Provide coaching and HR guidance as needed.
* Policy & Procedure Management:
o Maintain and update HR policies and employee handbooks.
* Training & Development:
o Identify training needs and facilitate relevant learning and development initiatives.
* HR Projects:
o Lead or support ongoing HR initiatives in a growing dynamic business.
* HR Reporting:
o Produce HR metrics and report out to senior management on a monthly basis.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a senior HR role.
* Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
* CIPD qualification (Level 8 or equivalent) preferred.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
