Job Description:
As a Workshop Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our workshop. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the flow of vehicles through the workshop, reviewing and allocating jobs to ensure timely completion to manufacturer standards.
You will work closely with the Service Team to manage daily planning of vehicles through the workshop, including reviewing and estimating jobs for customers. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be crucial in ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
In addition to your technical skills, you will also be responsible for maintaining high health and safety standards throughout the workshop. This includes staying up-to-date with manufacturer standards and training, and being prepared for manufacturer and industry performance and compliance audits.
We are looking for an experienced individual who has a proven track record of managing and supporting a team of technicians and apprentices as they progress through their career. You should have strong organisational and multitasking skills, as well as a working knowledge of Kerridge/Keyloop.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* At least 2 years' experience in a similar role in a Dealership/Manufacturer/Importer Commercial Vehicle Environment
* Qualified HGV Tech with at least 5 years' experience working in a busy workshop
* Working knowledge of the full process of throughput of Commercial Vehicles for service and repair through a workshop
* Demonstrable experience of managing and supporting a team of technicians and apprentices as they progress through their career
* Strong organisation and multitasking skills
* Good knowledge of Kerridge/Keyloop
* Fluent written and spoken English, and authorisation to live and work in Ireland
