Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and implementation of individualised support services across designated areas.
* Monitor service impact and increase resources to support expansion.
* Deliver quality services and governance systems aligned with our core values.
Requirements:
* Postgraduate qualification in Health or Social Care.
* Training in Supported Self-Directed Living (SSDL) and Social Role Valorisation.
* Management Qualification or completing a Management Course.
* Full Driver's Licence and access to vehicle.
* Minimum 5 years' experience post-qualification in direct service provision roles.
