Residential Development Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Development Manager to lead our team in delivering large-scale residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects, with a focus on quality, safety, and efficient delivery.




About the Role


* Manage multiple residential development projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget;
* Liaise closely with internal stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure effective project coordination;
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to deliver high-quality results that meet their expectations;
* Analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement within the team;




Requirements


1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in site or project management within the construction industry;
2. Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale construction projects from conception through to completion;
A BSc or MSc degree in Construction Management or related field;
Possess excellent communication skills combined with strong leadership abilities;
