The Recruitment Consultant position involves working in a team environment to source and recruit staff for Homecare placements.

Key Responsibilities
* Working under the direction of the Team Lead to match candidates with client requirements
* Cultivating and building relationships with candidates through open communication and regular updates on the onboarding process
* Sourcing and planning community engagements and other in-person recruitment opportunities within the community
* Liaising closely with the Team Lead and stakeholders during the recruitment process
* Ensuring all candidates meet company standards and comply with mandatory requirements before placement with clients
* Carrying out in-person and virtual interviews with potential candidates
* Responsible for uploading candidate application details and related documents onto a customised CRM system
* Conducting phone and written reference checks for potential candidates
* Obtaining candidate bank details securely via our dedicated system and informing the Payroll Team of new starters
* Organising the distribution of candidate ID badges and uniforms
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year's experience in a previous recruitment capacity
* Fully proficient in IT systems, particularly Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
* Strong written and oral communication skills, and proficiency in the English language
* Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
* Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Personally motivated with a willingness to undertake new and challenging duties
